Response to Second Phase of Environmental Permitting Programme Published

The summary and Government response to the Second Phase of the Environmental Permitting Programme (EPP2) Government Guidance consultation was recently published.
The joint Defra/Department of Energy and Climate Change/Welsh Assembly Government consultation invited views on the structure and content of several pieces of draft Government Guidance for the Environmental Permitting Regulations.
