In December 2009 the Environment Agency (EA) unveiled its new corporate strategy for tackling tomorrow’s waste. The strategy outlines the key waste-related challenges that are facing businesses and communities over the next five years and what needs to be done to meet those challenges including:
• Hazardous waste;
• Biodegradable waste; and
